Q. What is the Paying Method?

A. Kinder Kids Shop only accepts credit card payments. For bank transfer, please contact the online shop directly.

 

Q. Is it possible to issue a receipt?

A. We can issue a transaction statement that includes your name, purchase date, and amount. Please contact the online shop directly. We will send it to you by email.

 

Q. Is it possible for grandparents to make a purchase?

A. Yes, it is possible. However, due to verification processes, please ensure that the recipient’s name and address match those registered with Kinder Kids.

 

Q. Is it possible to make a group purchase with friends and family?

A. Due to issues with shipping and verification, we only accept purchases per household.

 

Q. Will the materials for the entire year be delivered at once?

A. We deliver them in three separate shipments throughout the year.

 

Q. If you withdraw in the middle of the year, what happens to the remaining materials?

A. The remaining materials will be delivered to your home in a single shipment, typically within the month following your withdrawal.

 

Q. Is it possible to get a refund for the remaining materials when withdrawing?

A. Kinder Kids Shop does not offer partial refunds for the materials in general.

 

Q. when moving, can the delivery address for the materials be changed?

A. please contact us with your new address through the inquiry form on our website. Depending on the timing of your request, the address change may not be processed in time for the shipment. We appreciate your cooperation in notifying us as soon as possible after your move.

 

Q. Where can I check the delivery status of my order?

A. Since you cannot check the delivery status within Kinder Kids Shop, please contact the shop directly. If you have a delivery box at home, please also check it along with any missed delivery slips in your mailbox.
 

Q. The cardboard box that arrived was wet. Can it be exchanged?

A. To protect the items inside the cardboard box from moisture and dirt, we deliver them in clear plastic bags. If you find any damage or dirt on the materials, please bring them to the school for an exchange.

 

Q. I don't understand how to use the materials.

A. We include a guide with the delivery that lists the materials and explains how they will be used in class. For more detailed information, please contact the school.

 

Q. I enrolled partway through the year and received materials that were used before my enrollment. How should I use these materials?

A. When you enroll at Kinder Kids, you purchase all the materials for the grade level in one go. Please review the content that classmates have learned since April at home with your child, and use it as preparation for the next grade. Q. I haven’t received a response to my inquiry.

A. Please set up your email to receive messages from smartyedshop@kinderkids.ed.jp. Also, check your spam or junk folder to ensure the email hasn’t been mistakenly filtered there.
